Features
The Audio Enhancement features are audio
processing modules that can be used separately or in combinations.
The features can be divided into three main groups:
Speaker playback optimization:
This is a group of features used to improve the playback sound
quality of a speaker or headphone. The features are:
- Transducer Equalization
- Bass-, Treble- and Level Enhancement
These features are designed for electro-magnetic speakers e.g.
micro-speakers, loudspeakers and headphones.
Spatial audio effects:
This is a group of features used to create a perceived widened
or surrounding audio image.
- Mono/Stereo Widening
- Virtual Surround Sound 2.0/5.1/7.1
The features are designed for playback on headphones or
narrow-spaced loudspeakers.
Others:
This last a group is a mix of features used for dedicated
purposes.
