Executive Bios

Sven Vestergaard has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer in different early stage companies since 1988. He has a strong track record with leading advanced technologies in both general management with high growth and achieved profitability, and from many international developments projects involving HP, Siemens, EDF, TÜV, Slumberger and STN-Atlas. In 1998 he represented Hugin Expert A/S in the 45% stock acquisition done by Hewlett-Packard, USA. Mr Sven Vestergaard has been the head of AM Production's 3D Audio Department and holds a M.Sc. (Mech. Eng.) from Aalborg University in Denmark, where he also has been appointed as external associate professor.

Mr. Petersen today serves as a CEO of Nordjyske Holding A/S, a media group in the north of Denmark, which is the 100 % owner of AM Production. Mr. Petersen has been the main driver behind the growth of AM Production since its foundation in 1987 and the first person in the group to spot the commercial opportunities in 3D Audio. Previously, he ran his own business within media for a number of years. Mr. Petersen is a journalist by training and has also worked for a number of Danish daily papers.

Dr. Møller has served as head of the Department of Acoustics at Aalborg University for a number of years. When new high-quality acoustical laboratories were built at Aalborg University in 1987, Dr. Møller was responsible for the design as well as control of the work. In 1998 the department inaugurated a new section with laboratories for virtual reality, and in 2002 a new research unit for sound quality opened. Dr. Møllers previous and current research reflects his long-time experience with sound, its influence on humans, acoustical measurements techniques, signal processing, hearing and psychometric methods. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and has written as well as contributed to conference papers.

Mr. Hjulmand today works as a founding partner for the law firm Hjulmand & Kaptain. His career as an independent lawyer dates back to 1989, where he founded an Aalborg based law firm that was later merged into Hjulmand & Kaptain. Mr. Hjulmand currently serves as Chairman of the Board and is a Board member in several Danish companies. He is the co-author of law books and has written articles for law journals.
