Hans Christian Løgsted served as Business Development Manager for the Software Development Company WirTek A/S. Prior to that he was Co-owner/founder of the Danish Mobile Phone Development Company FL-Telecom, which was focusing on development of high quality audio mobile phones. At FL-Telecom he served as CTO and Business Development Manager. Hans Christian has also for several years worked for the Korean mobile phone manufacture Maxon Telecom A/S as R&D Manager with responsibility for hardware/software development/integration, mechanical design and production introduction. He holds a M.Sc. E.E. from Aalborg University in Denmark and ESIEE in Paris, France.

Jacob N. Andersen has during the last 13 years been working in the Mobile Phone Industry. He served as Area Manager Nordics for the Mobile Phone Manufacturer BenQ Mobile and Siemens Mobile, where he back in 2001 build up the Regional Headquarter for the Nordic Countries. Prior to that he was Sales Manager at Dan Net A/S, where his responsibilities were Major Accounts of mainly European Mobile Operators. Jacob has also worked at Bosch Telecom as International Sales Manager and Country Manager Denmark. He has a successful track record, and has studied Business Economics and International Business at Aalborg University in Denmark.

Sven Vestergaard has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer in different early stage companies since 1988. He has a strong track record with leading advanced technologies in both general management with high growth and achieved profitability, and from many international developments projects involving HP, Siemens, EDF, TÜV, Slumberger and STN-Atlas. In 1998 he represented Hugin Expert A/S in the 45% stock acquisition done by Hewlett-Packard, USA. Mr Sven Vestergaard has been the head of AM Production's 3D Audio Department and holds a M.Sc. (Mech. Eng.) from Aalborg University in Denmark, where he also has been appointed as external associate professor.
